ภ.ท.33The PT33, written in Thai as ภ.ท.33 and sometimes as PT 33 or Por Thor 33, is the prescription form a licensed Thai practitioner issues for medical cannabis. Cannabis flower is prescription-only in Thailand, so you need one to buy it or carry it.
It applies to residents and visitors alike. You do not need Thai residency, a work permit or a medical visa to be issued one, and there is no appointment to book. You do need to be 20 or over and show your passport.
It is a printed form. We hand you the paper copy to sign for when you collect, and it stays valid for 30 days from issue. Keep it with you along with anything you buy.
